We are pleased to inform you about the opening of the first call to apply for the short-term scientific missions (STMS) funded by the COST Action European Network for Innovative and Advanced Epitaxy (CA20116 – OPERA).
This first call will fund STSMs taking place until 31 June 2022. The deadline for the submission of proposals is next April 14 and the decision will be communicated to the applicants on May 3 by e-mail.
Detailed information about the STSM program can be found in this document OPERA-CA20116_STM Rules. This document explains the STSM objectives, who is eligible, the organizational and financial aspects, and the evaluation procedure as this is a competitive call.

To apply for an STSM, you must send by email (to: opera-coregroup@c2n.upsaclay.fr) your STSM application and the Host institution’s welcome letter by April 14. Importantly, indicate in the subject of your email: STSM Application. The STSM scientific report must be sent after the STSM, as explained in the “OPERA-CA20116_STM Rules” document.
