Post-doc offer – C2N ILV – Graphene assisted III-V layer transfer towards low-cost high-efficiency photovoltaics

We are proposing a one year post-doc position on our project Graphene assisted III-V layer transfer towards low-cost high-efficiency photovoltaics, at the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (C2N, Palaiseau), in close collaboration with the Institut Lavoisier de Versailles (ILV, Versailles).
