We are opening a temporary position of 18 months at the CNR-SPIN institute of Genoa. The topic of the research activity is:
Development of micro-devices based on transition metal oxide thin films grown by pulsed laser ablation and their morphological, structural and functional characterization. Realization of membranes and microstructures based on films/heterostructures made of functional oxides through optical lithography and chemical/physical etching processes and their integration with substrates of technological interest. Transfer of functional thin films on flexible substrates.
Such position allows for applying to tax reduction for scientist coming from abroad, resulting in a relevant increase of net salary.
