Dear Colleagues,
A CNRS research position for the theme “Epitaxy of semiconductors, topological materials and associated heterostructures” is open in France.
This position has been especially created after the demand from the CNRS selection committee for Condensed Matter, in order to strengthen the growth of 2-dimensional electron gases done presently at C2N, as well as to develop new topological material systems and heterostructures.
