The 4th joint ISTDM/ICSI (Int. Si Technology and Device Meeting / Int. Conf. on Si Epitaxy and Heterostructures) will be organized Nov 10-13, 2025, in Kanagawa (near Tokyo). It will be a joint conference with the 10th ISCSI (Int. Symp. on Control of Semiconductor Interfaces).
Last time in Como (2023), we welcomed >150 participants.
